PFT 2006 All-Turd

Ah, power rankings.  A useless, meaningless attempt to prioritize teams from top to bottom.  And true NFL fans love them.

They become even more meaningless before training camps open, since so much can and will happen between late July and early September to shape the fate of a team for a given season.

And true NFL fans love them even more.

These aren't -- we repeat, aren't -- projections regarding who will make the playoffs or win the Super Bowl.  Instead, this list is our opinion as to where each franchise stands relative to the 31 others at this point in the year.

Check back to the Rumor Mill every day in July for another entry as we work our way from the bottom to the top.  The full list will be maintained right here, with a link to the full-blown analysis (including fantasy grades) for each team.
