Veteran free agent offensive lineman Tutan Reyes has signed with the New York Giants, the team announced today. Reyes, 31, started three games last season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. The 6'3", 310-pound lineman has started 37 career games during stints with the Jaguars, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and New Orleans Saints. Reyes played in 15 games for Jacksonville last season. In 2005, the former Saints fifth-round draft pick started a career-high 16 games for the Panthers. The Giants cut tight end Martrez Milner, who spent the majority of last season on their practice squad.
