Vikings cornerback Antoine Winfield, the Susan Lucci of NFL defensive backs, has finally been properly recognized for his abilities. Winfield has earned his first trip to the Pro Bowl, according to the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “It’s an unbelievable feeling,” Winfield said. “One of the best day of my life.” Other Vikings who might join Winfield in Honolulu for a meangingless game of February football include running back Adrian Peterson, guard Steve Hutchinson, defensive tackles Pat and Kevin Williams, defensive end Jared Allen, linebacker Chad Greenway, safety Darren Sharper, and kicker Ryan Longwell.
