The Cleveland Browns have announced that tight end Kellen Winslow will miss Sunday’s game at Tennessee with a high ankle sprain. He’ll wear a walking boot for up to a week.
The team said nothing about Winslow’s availability beyond the upcoming game.
The Browns also have announced the quarterback Derek Anderson has a torn MCL, and that he is expected to recover within four-to-six weeks. Since only four games remain in the 2008 regular season, we think it’s safe to assume that Anderson won’t be back in uniform this season.
And given that the team owes him a $5 million roster bonus in March, chances are that Anderson won’t be back in a Browns uniform ever.

The Browns really wish Daunte was still on the market right now.

Why? So they could be 6-10 instead of 4-12?

Another easy win for the Titans to go with the rest of the easy wins.

Don’t joke, he may be on the roster as a back up next year.
Of course, if fans have their say (assuming Phil Savage is around another year to listen them) the Browns will bring back Bernie Kosar to back up Brady Quinn.

the lions are worse with pullpecker than they were with quitna, and a lot worse than with orlovsky. they never lost by more than 8 with orlovsky. with pullpecker daytwa is losing by about 22 points a game.
step up? no, fallen down.
pullpecker blows. most overhyped and oversold replacement midseason qb ever. cleveland will do better with almost anyone else.

why not go ahead and put the whole roster and coaching staff on ir? surely the win/loss results wouldn’t be any different, right?

Attention betters: take the Titans to cover this weekend. Between K2 being out and Braylon dropping balls from a 3rd-string QB I like their odds.

Man, is this guy Shockey’s little brother? Is there an injury or accident he hasn’t had?
If ever there was a guy in need of a cozy desk job, it’s our lovable soul-jah.

So, Ken Dorsey? A guy who hasn’t completed a pass in the NFL since the 2005 season? Not knocking the guy, but, y’know, OUCH!

What a difference a year makes. Just think, everyone was picking the Browns to win the AFC North this year. I think the head coach/front office are most to blame and should see the most “changes”.
