We need to start this one off by making clear that this item is purely speculative. (And if you don’t like that kind of stuff, just scroll, baby, scroll.)
It’s now known that Jets quarterback Erik Ainge has been suspended four games for violating the league’s policy regarding steroids and related substances, but it’s unknown what Ainge ingested to trigger the automatic four-game penalty.
So what if it was StarCaps?
Ainge was placed on injured reserve with a foot injury only a few days after word first broke of the StarCaps suspensions. If Ainge had tested positive for Bumetanide due to taking StarCaps, the Jets would have known about it at the time he landed on injured reserve.
Though the reason for the suspension isn’t relevant to Ainge, the fact that his suspension was announced on Friday could mean that he appealed the suspension, and that he lost.
And that would be very bad news for the other StarCappers. Unless Ainge’s representatives completely bungled the hearing, it would be highly unlikely for the league to suspend Ainge but not suspend the other guys who took StarCaps.

ESPN’s headline says “Ainge suspended for steroids”, but you know their accuracy in reports.

Actually, the headline reads “for violating steroids policy.”
Inside it read, “violating the league’s policy on steroids and related substances.”
It does not say he took steroids but that he violated the “policy,” which COULD mean taking butamide or other diuretic or some other “related substance.” So, who knows. (Florio could be right.)

Ainge would be the biggest misfit in the StarCaps net. He is a QB. He is young and only 225lbs. Jim Miller was the first QB to ever be suspended. He was busted for taking a supplement with nandrolone that he got otc at GNC.
Deuce McAllister is the only other guy who isn’t a “fat guy” but RB’s need to drop weight for speed purposes. BUT… You could argue with Deuce’s injury history that he was using this product to mask roid use to help cope with an injury riddled body.
Phat Pat is 36 years old. He needs roids to keep up with the young kids and his halfwall and halfwit partner KW had a 3 year major dropoff in performance after injuries. No shocker if both of them were on the juice.
I’ll be greatly curious to see what happens to Jamar Nesbit if they find the others not guilty. Amends need to be made to him if that is the ruling. The safe bet is that all will be suspended and they’ll be left to go after StarCaps like Nesbit.

Was he fat? Do QB’s have strict language in their contracts that force them to make a certain weight each week like d-linemen do? Maybe, but that never seemd to be an issue with Jared Lorenzen…unless that was why he was cut!
There’s your next post, Florio!

Rage: Are you on the juice your own self? A violent reply indeed.
Has anyone seen the StarCaps home page? Go to StarCaps dot com… It’s HYSTERICAL. You’re telling me a manly NFL player is going to take those things? Right.

Can you tie the Dolphins injury report into this somehow? That would be awesome.
