The man who unintentionally exposed to the world the Mike Vick’s Virginia dogfighting operation is in trouble once again.

Davon Boddie, per the Associated Press, has been charged with violating the terms of a probation arising from an October 2007 guilty plea to possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Boddie, Vick’s cousin, had been living at the home with the kennel on the back of the property when Boddie was busted for selling pot.  A search of the house resulted in the discovery of the dog yard.

A hearing has been set for December 19 on the matter, which arises from Boddie’s alleged failure to meet with his probation officer.

On Tuesday, Vick is scheduled to enter guilty pleas to Virginia charges that were pursued after he admitted to engaging in dogfighting and gambling as part of his guilty plea to federal charges.  Vick currently is serving time in Leavenworth, Kansas, and he’s scheduled to be released in July 2009.
