In your Eagles link, regarding the Sheldon Brown roughing penalty Marty Mornhinweg said, “I think they’re stupid penalties, but it’s hard to stop. It’s just going to be a judgment call.”
Shouldn’t he be flagged to make a contribution to the human fund?
