The Buffalo Bills will be without two starting defensive backs against the Chiefs in Kansas City on Sunday. Cornerback Jabari Greer and strong safety Donte Whitner will both be on the sidelines.
Greer hurt his right knee on Monday night against the Browns and Whitner is hampered by a separated shoulder he suffered against the Jets on November 2nd. Whitner played last week, but left at halftime after aggravating the injury. Making matters worse, the Bills, already without nickel back Ashton Youboty for the season, may also be without Whitner’s backup. Bryan Scott hurt his left knee in the Cleveland game and is listed as questionable.
If Scott can’t play, George Wilson will start at safety. Rookie Leodis McKelvin will take Greer’s place in the starting lineup. In the four games since Tyler Thigpen became their starting quarterback, the Chiefs have averaged 245.5 passing yards and their eight touchdowns tie Arizona for most in that span.

Damn, the Bills aren’t very good at tackle football as it is. Thigpen, of all people, will have a ball game.
