The Tom Cable era has begun in Oakland.

They might have done better with Larry the Cable Guy calling the plays.  (”Git ‘r done, on two.”)

The Saints blasted the Raiders, 34-3, only six days after New Orleans lost a heartbreaker at home to the Vikings.

Drew Brees completed 26 of 30 passes for 320 yards and three scores.  Reggie Bush had two touchdowns, but mustered only 75 all-purpose yards, including 27 yards rushing on 14 carries.

The Saints outgained the Raiders, 441 to 226.

The win moves New Orleans to .500, at 3-3.
