Browns tight end Kellen Winslow unexpectedly spent a second night in the Cleveland Clinic with an undisclosed illness.
“His arms and legs aren’t falling off or anything like that,” coach Romeo Crennel said.
Winslow is still listed as questionable for Monday night’s game against the Giants.
“We all know he has had some injuries that he has had to deal with and he’s played through them, and at times we’ve had to manage him so that he can play through them. We know that he’ll be out there [Monday] if at all possible. If it’s possible that he can be there, he’ll be there.”
We reported on Friday regarding talk among players that Winslow was suffering from swelling in a certain area where no man wants swelling to occur.

Well if Winslow were to play with swollen “unmentionables”, it would give a whole new meaning to the Under Armor slogan “CLICK CLACK”…

Crennel also said it was 50-50 that he plays. Does that mean only 1 is swollen?

Hmmm. Not sure how to take this one. I suspect Floria is talking about the one and only area in the entire body in which men DO want swelling. Swell.

Luckily he’s on the browns and doesn’t have to worry about his nuts being squeezed.

I don’t like Winslow but I must say the guy is good and play’s hurt alot, so I think if he is 50/50 he’ll play. The Browns are already screwed in playing the Giants, but without Winslow near impossible.
