On Friday, Bengals quarterback Carson Palmer was supposed to participate fully in practice, in preparation for Sunday’s game against the Jets.
But according to 1530 Homer in Cincinnati, Palmer wasn’t on the field for the start of practice. Then, after making a brief appearance, his elbow immediately was iced and wrapped.
Palmer practiced on Wednesday and Thursday but did not throw passes.

Carson Palmer is their franchise QB. It would be wise to sit him this week. They are 0-5 with little chance of post season play. No need to risk his health.
