Rachel Nichols of ESPN reports that the Titans have inserted a package of plays for quarterback Vince Young, who is expected to play in spots on Sunday against the Ravens.
Kerry Collins continues to be the starter, even though Young has recovered from a Week One sprain of the MCL.
Nichols also reports that the Titans are confident that they can read Ravens rookie quarterback Joe Flacco. The Tennessee defense believes that he looks at only one side of the field when trying to find open receivers.
UPDATE: In our haste to keep up with the flow of Sunday morning developments, we overstated the chances of Young playing. As a reader points out, it’s not a sure thing that Young will play. Instead, a package of plays has been inserted and Young will play only if the right situation arises.

I don’t understand this. It would make much more sense to slowly integrate Young back into the game against a much softer defense.
