With the New York Jets wearing the uniforms of their predecessors, the New York Titans of the AFL, the Jets are leading the Cardinals, 41-28.
Still, the Cardinals have rebounded a bit after trailing 34-0, with all of those points for the Jets coming in the second quarter. It was the biggest one-quarter scoring output in franchise history.
And it’s also the first time quarterback Brett has worn a color other than green since being traded from the Falcons to the Packers after the 1991 season.
But Favre doesn’t look all that out of place in these different duds; the Titans throwbacks look a lot like the uniform that Favre wore while playing college football at Southern Miss.

Actually, Brett Favre wore Blue and Gold as a part of the NFL’s 75th anniversary throwback jersey thing in 1994.

Those are the worst throw back uniforms in football. Just awful. That said, they still look better than the Bills current uniforms.

34 2nd quarter points usually do the trick.

Thanks Jon. I guess this bonehead forgot about the Packers throwbacks. I was coming to post the same thing.
