Bears receiver Brandon Lloyd, who leads all Chicago wideouts in catches (13), yards (216), and touchdowns (1), missed practice on Thursday with a hip injury as the team prepares to host the Eagles.

Lloyd didn’t appear on Wednesday’s injury report, which means that he injured the hip during practice on Wednesday — or that he hurt it on his own time at some point after practice.

Several other Bears players were limited participants in practice on Thursday after missing practice on Wednesday, including return specialist Devin Hester (ribs) and cornerback Nathan Vasher (shoulder).

Defensive tackle Tommie Harris (knee) missed practice for the second straight day.

Left tackle Chris Williams, the team’s first-round pick in 2008 who has been absent after surgery to repair a herniated disc in his back, has been a limited participant in practice the last two days.
