Said Chargers RB LaDainian Tomlinson, “We were going to do what we had to do to win this game. We needed this bad. If we lost this game, we go 0-3 and I don’t know what’s going to happen. For us to get that first win, there is a sigh of relief.”

Tomlinson ran for only a 2.6-yard average, with 67 yards on 26 carries.
