Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia has been added to the team’s injury report with a finger injury to his throwing hand.
“He’s got a pinky, a sore pinky, I guess,” coach Jon Gruden said in quotes distributed by the team. “Since he’s a quarterback and he does have a jammed pinky or whatever it may be, we put him on the injury list. He’s got a strained pinky [on his right, throwing hand].”
Gruden said that he doesn’t believe the injury will affect Garcia’s ability to throw the ball, but Gruden deferred to Garcia on that point.
The Buccaneers play the Saints in New Orleans on Sunday.

Yeah i saw how he hurt his pinky. when he was asked how much money he wanted to stay in tampa his hand shot up to his face when he said “one MILLION dollars” then came the pain…

Is it me, or does it seem like Gruden was quoted as saying pinky more than was necessary?
