On Thursday, former Lions running back Tatum Bell agreed, via agent Kennard McGuire, to appear on The Dan Patrick Show to discuss his side of the whole “Bellhop” incident involving Rudi Johnson’s luggage.
But now, it’s not so clear.
After consenting to talk about the situation, Bell’s people wanted to know the line of questions that Dan would be posing to Tatum.
Dan declined to do that. “If you want to come on, [if] you didn’t do anything wrong, then come on,” he explained on the air.
As of now, it’s still not clear what Bell will be doing.
You can listen to it all unfold right here.
UPDATE: Bell now has decided to appear on the show. He’ll be on at 10:35 a.m. EDT.

May be the first smart move Bell has made in a week.

I thought Dan Patrick was a sports radio show instead it discusses politics and continues to perpetuate the smear campaign against Sarah Palin. Not worth my time.

He’ll explain that this is all part of a “Lifelock” commercial campaign and that if Rudi Johnson had Lifelock, he wouldn’t have to worry about identity theft or his credit cards being stolen.

Bell’s wikipdia page:
Bell has a reputation for costly fumbles, including 5 fumbles in the 2006 season, all ending in turnovers. These fumbles led to the Oakland Raiders naming their fumble recovery drill “The Tatum Bell Drill”.
