So, what are a team’s rights with regard to players on their practice squad again?

Still hard to believe the Bengals took Chris Henry back, and put Urrutia and Purify on the practice squad.

Also, can we get some sort of designation for International PS Players? I believe teams in that program get 9 spots, right?

The team has them for practice (obviously) but any team can claim the player if they put them on their active roster.

The last spot on the Giants practice squad went to Rashad Barksdale, a buddy of mine from high school.

Also, pretty impressive that NFL-experienced guys like Aromashodu and Willie Reid didn’t get claimed to anyone’s 53-man. I didn’t even know Willie Reid still had practice squad eligibility.

Another vote for IPS info. WR Kinoshita was “signed” by the Falcons for international player development, and OL Samuel Gutekunst by the Seahawks.
Do they get paid? Less than other practice squad guys? Are they guaranteed a spot all year?
BTW, I think Kinoshita is the first Japanese player ever signed to an NFL team during the regular season (practice, tho). Last year he made it to the end of the pre-season with the Falcons.
