As widely expected, Browns receiver Joe Jurevicius was moved from the active/physically unable to perform list to the reserve/PUP list as the team trimmed from 80 players to 75.
Jurevicius was the latest Browns player to be plagued by a staph infection. He developed the condition after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery in the offseason.
The Browns also placed receiver Kevin Kasper on injured reserve, and release defensive back Damon Jenkins, defensive lineman Brian Schaefering, and running back Austin Scott.

Is it just me, or do the Browns seem to have a lot of players get staph infections? I almost wonder if they need to sterilize their facilities extra or something. This is getting kinda ridiculous.

One word: ammonia. Try it out. It works.
Who’s in-charge of cleaning their dump?? Fire the prick, will ya’?!
Um, it’s 2008 not 1708. Check it out…ammonia. You can buy it at any supermarket. They even have coupons for it, just in case you can’t afford to pay full price.
What a joke.
