The unveiling of Lucas Oil Stadium didn’t go the way the Colts wanted it to go.
“It was a rather disappointing evening for us,” coach Tony Dungy said. “We wanted to play much better to open up the stadium, but it didn’t happen. They outplayed us tonight.”
QB Jim Sorgi, KR T.J. Rushing and C Jeff Saturday all had MRIs on their knees today; results were not available.
DE Dwight Freeney and S Bob Sanders made their first appearance of the preseason in the loss to the Bills.
Said Freeney when asked how he felt, “What do you expect? I haven’t played since November, so it was like, ‘I’ll get some of the bugs out.’”
LB Gary Brackett said of the team’s new digs, “Obviously, the stadium is state of the art and a great place to play.”
Colts fans came away impressed with the stadium.
But stadium officials say they still have work to do.

How did the noise pumping system work? Did that check out Ok?
They might need it for any Patriot games, a way to level the playing field for when Bellicheat comes to town.

Don’t “need the noise pumping system” as you stated it was built to produce the maximum, but they are going to due cavity searches on certain coaches and their staff for any video devices, well just to really:
1 Patriots, the full management and coaching staff!
2 Jets, just because of some of the employees prior employment with #1

The report is the women’s bathroom is poor design. Obstructed views…
Can’t pump noise in an open roof….. but with Indy weather, how many times will it actually open?
Ufan forgot that Jets employees will need to hve there protective gear on for protection.
