On August 28, Senator Barack Obama will deliver his acceptance speech at Mile High Stadium in Denver. Broncos players were given free tickets to the event.
The players were told that, if they don’t use the tickets, they could give them to immediate family members only.
So, of course, one of them tried to sell his tickets on ebay. And was caught.
We’re not sure whether the Broncos will even be in town on Thursday night. They play the Cardinals on Friday night, and most teams head to the site of a game the night before the scheduled kickoff. Since the game isn’t due to begin until 8:00 p.m. local time on Friday, maybe the Broncos won’t fly out until the morning.

why shouldnt he be able to sell them. Obama was charging 100 a pop or 3-4 days worth o “volunteering” for those tickets. Florio is mad because he didnt think of it, and he did not get his tickets.

It’s still up in the air if Obama is able to accept the nomination to being with. I’ve read that he’s been sued to prove that he’s a U.S. citizen. There’s been allegations that he was actually born in Kenya and not elgible to run for president.
