QB Jay Cutler completed his first 12 passes and led the team on two scoring drives.

Said Cowboys LB Zach Thomas of Cuter:  “He’s impressive.  He was impressive in practice this week, too.”

Backup QB Patrick Ramsey was impressed, too.  “It was something to be watched tonight,” Ramsey said.  “I don’t think people realize just how good that was tonight.” 

Said coach Mike Shanahan of the 23-13 win over the Cowboys:  “We made some strides, but obviously we’re not there yet, but we’ll keep going.”

Through two preseason games, Cutler has a passer rating of 110.7.
