QB Jay Cutler completed his first 12 passes and led the team on two scoring drives.

Backup QB Patrick Ramsey was impressed, too. “It was something to be watched tonight,” Ramsey said. “I don’t think people realize just how good that was tonight.”

Through two preseason games, Cutler has a passer rating of 110.7.
The first-team defense played well against the Cowboys.
Four of K Matt Prater’s kickoffs resulted in touchbacks.
CB Jack Williams was on his way to the end zone after picking off a pass, but he was tripped up from behind. By quarterback Richard Bartel.
Rookie WR Eddie Royal, a second-round pick from Virginia Tech, is on track to be a starter.
WR Brandon Marshall had six catches for 59 yards and a touchdown.
RB Selvin Young and RB Andre Hall split carries with the first-team offense.
TE Daniel Graham suffered a hamstring injury on the first series; he’ll be evaluated on Sunday.
Neither of the Bailey brothers played for the Broncos.
FB Peyton Hillis, a seventh-rounder who has missed plenty of camp, still has a good shot of making the 53-man roster.
Mike Klis of the Denver Post thinks that S John Lynch handled his exit poorly.

The Lynch story is hilarious, like he had been there for 15 years and was exiting to the enemy.
He played there for a short period of time and never will be remembered as a Bronco. It’s like calling Bruce Smith a traitor for playing for the Redskins for 2-3 years at the end of his career.

Let Lynch go. He wasnt gonna play like he wanted. So fine he signed
with NE. How this helps an old back 7 I dont know. He wasnt in
on passing downs last year. If anything this helps the rest of
the AFC. A slow old secondary is good news.

It’s just the way he did it. He says he wants to go somewhere he can get more playing time and than promptly signs with a team where he will get less.
I don’t think Broncos fans would have had any issue with him wanting out if he had been honest about his reasons.
