In his first year out of the long shadow created by Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson, Michael Turner is showing his stuff in Atlanta.
On only four carries during Saturday night against the Colts, Turner has gained 113 yards. A whopping 63 came on one carry.
The Falcons lead early, 6-0.

Turner is a BEAST. And it looks like Atlanta has one of the sickest run duo’s with Norwood in there too. I don’t think they even need a QB.

Atlanta has the WR’s to prevent 8 in the box. Or, to make the D pay if they put 8 in the box.

If the Turner-Norwood combo can keep this up in the reg. season, it’ll take a load of pressure of Ryan’s shoulders. And hopefully lead to a very exciting offense.

Turner’ll be a beast. Look out for the ATL rushing attack. And expect it to help Ryan have a more solid rookie year because of it.
