The stadium was mostly empty after an hour-long thunderstorm delay.

The bowels of Cleveland Browns Stadium made for a surreal place to introduce Favre as a Jet.

Brian Schottenheimer had all of last year to figure out what the offense should look like, and that didn’t seem to help. Good luck with adjusting it to Favre in a month!

And what do all the guys on this list have in common? Equal chance of making the playoffs this year (zero).

Rush out and look like a poser!!! Get your Favre jersey now, burn it when he quits in a month!!!! Rent-a-QB, what a great idea. The Jets almost had a shot, thanks for taking our leftovers. Anyone who wears a Favre Jets Jersey is a huge poser in my eyes and I can’t wait to laugh in your face. Way to throw up the Hail Mary Jets, oh wait, you still suck. BAM.

To my fellow blogger coleslaw who I know will read this thread, a fellow Pats blogger said in a previous link that you accused me of using your screen name adding another letter, first off to that person who apparently is a Pats fan, shame on you. Sorry I was at the Pats game last night so I misssed all the blogs. After watching Casell last night I was calling for Chad P to come to NE.To all the people that continue to call the Pats cheaters. Stan White former NFL linebacker who is the play called for the Baltimore Ravens said last night on BCN (Pats game radio)at around 6PM while sitting in traffic that anyone associated knows the Patriots did not do anything that many other teams were not doing, he went on to say that only people that really don’t understand the NFL would call NE cheaters and that Rex Ryan knows at least 10 other teams that did exactly what NE was fined for. My suggestion for fellow Pats fans on this site is to just ignore the comments from the so called fans that want to bang the drum.In life we normally ignore stupid comments & that is what I plan to do.Anyone eho thinks this is BS, the radio station is WBCN in Boston & the interviewee is Stan White former LB for the Colts currently play by play man for the Baltimore Ravens. Sorry Coleslaw but this is you. I don’t think you can use multiple screen names with a email address on this site but feel free to contact Mike Florio if you think it is me. Call me a Pats homer or whtaever but don’t make baseless accusations. For those who choose to continue to bang the cheater drum or other cute comments * we all understand that you really have a very limited knowledge of the game or its history.Call the Pats out for their play on the field which last night wasn’t very good.As Forrest Gump says stupid is as stupid does. Congrats to all Jets fans, you finally can look forward to this season. I resind my earlier comments, you will not be contending for the first draft choice & possibly might contend for a playoff spot, based on the schedule of playing the AFC/NFC worst. There is not a better season than football season.Good luck to everyone, all teams are 0-0

Shouldn’t fans wait until Favre shows he is still the same QB of last year before they plop down $60-80 on a Favre jersey. It would be a shame if they spend that money on the 2005 version of Brett Favre’s jersey.
