Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon pleaded guilty to negligent driving today, resolving a December DUI arrest. He will apparently serve five days of electronically monitored home detention.

Moon’s sentence was 90 days in jail, but 88 of those days were suspended, and if he wants to (which we would assume he does) he can take five days of staying home without leaving instead of spending two days behind bars without leaving.

Moon was already on probation on another negligent-driving conviction stemming from an April 2007 DUI arrest. He has an upcoming hearing to determine whether this negligent-driving conviction violates the probation from the previous negligent-driving conviction.

After starting his pro career in Canada, Moon played for the Houston Oilers, Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs. He currently works on the Seahawks’ radio broadcasts.
