The Arizona Cardinals and first-round draft pick Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie have agreed to a six-year contract.

Rodgers-Cromartie, the 16th pick in the draft, will report to training camp Saturday. He’s expected to compete for a starting spot on defense and make an immediate impact on special teams.

A 6-foot-2, 182-pound defensive back with blazing speed, Rodgers-Cromartie went largely overlooked during his college career at Tennessee State. But he moved up draft boards after a good Senior Bowl and solid performance at the Combine.
