Kelly is starting at the X and Thomas is backing up Santana at the Y. Kelly has been much more impressive than Thomas so far and will end up being the steal of the draft. A bunch of idiots jumped on him when he ran a slow 40, which he shouldn't have ran anyway so soon after being injured, and you could make a Pro Bowl team with receivers that ran slow 40's.
