A source with knowledge of the situation tells us that the NFL Players Association’s Committee on Agent Regulation and Discipline will consider at its next meeting the possibility of taking action against agent Ethan Lock in connection with a lingering dispute between Lock and agent Zeke Sandhu.

The divorce between Sandu and the firm of Lock, Metz & Malinovic already has resulted in a one-year suspension of Sandhu, resulting from Sandhu’s attempt thereafter to recruit 49ers tight end Vernon Davis.

Lock allegedly collected the full fees for representation of Davis and Falcons linebacker Michael Boley, and Lock allegedly refused to give Sandhu his share.  In lieu of suing Lock, Sandhu obtained a ruling that Davis and Boley owe Sandhu his share of the fees.

Since that money already has been tendered by Davis and Boley to Lock, Sandhu believes that Lock is misappopriating the assets of the two players.
