The New York Jets have announced that they have reached a contract agreement with tight end Dustin Keller, the team’s first-round pick in the 2008 draft.
Keller, from Purdue, was the thirtieth overall pick in the draft.
Terms were not disclosed.

Keller was in the 1st round. 2nd in the 1st after Ghloston

Keller was the second of their 1st round picks…they took Gholston early then moved back up into the 1st for Keller.

Now the Jets have to put Dustin on the Dewayne Robertson diet. I’m not privy to the actual diet, but it probably consists of a 30 ounce porterhouse, two rotisserie chickens, and a suckling pig. Let’s not forget the pie. Lots and lots of pie.
Note: I have no personal beef with Dewayne, nor am I a Jets fan or hater. I just hate the fact that he was hyped up as the greatest defensive tackle in NFL history before he was even drafted. Despite the fact he was fat, lazy and unproductive his last year in college.
