Hawk, Charles Woodson, and Al Harris and let me quarterback the game. The point is that at the end of the day you don't take a team of this caliber and waste it away with thoughts of rebuilding, yet that is what they did. Job security is a must, but mismanaging the greatest quarterback this side of Montana and Young and bookended by Brady and Manning, will make the entire Packers organization a bust.
