Packer great Paul Hornung doesn’t think he’d have to tone down his lifestyle if he were in the modern NFL: “When you’re 24-years-old, you weigh 215 pounds, you can work out every day of your life, you could make love to five girls a week and play 44 games of football.” [Editor’s note: Travis Henry wants advice from Hornung on birth control techniques.]

Lombardi: • If I were Packers GM Ted Thompson, I would take Favre back but tell him he has very short rope this year.
If you took Favre back, he would own the freaking hope and have “hand”.

Favre better take that $25,000 “endorsement deal” - it will be the last he ever gets. Imagine - $25,000 worth of Body Armor, softball bats, ab crunchers, dart boards and Billy Blanks Tae Bo videos.

Good article on Adam Jones. More players should help out in the community like that.

Just a little comment about Favre’s “endorsement” deal from Jon’s Sporting Goods. I’m from Oshkosh and have been in the guys store. I dont think 25 grand will go too far, his stuff is WAY overpriced. I really have no idea how the guy is still in buisness. Also, he’s been busted for cheating in a fishing tournament and has been caught poaching in two states. (I think Colorado is one, dont remember the other)

Mark my words Jason Taylor’s acting career will completely flop…he will fall on his ass and it will be hilarious, because he is so over confident and cocksure that it annoys the hell out of me. He thinks he is just God’s gift, and its hilarious.
