League sources have told Pro Football Talk that the Kansas City Chiefs have released free safety Greg Wesley.
The ninth-year safety, who has played his entire career to this point with the Chiefs, appeared in 15 games last season, started one. He made 30 tackles. The Chiefs’ third-round pick in 2000 has 29 career interceptions.
Wesley, who is represented by Drew Rosenhaus, is expected to receive interest from a number of teams in the free-agent market.

Is he the one that “danced” on HBO’s Hard Knocks last year?
Here’s one FA that Dallas should not show interest in.

Well sad to say, but the Skins need a safety (or two) to make up for the loss of Sean Taylor. Considering Rosenhaus is his agent there is a good chance Wesley could be a Skin.

No he’s not the “dancer”.
That’s Bernard Pollard who was featured.
Wesley is a career underachiever, who was always happy to do just enough to get by.
Had potential in the beginning, but wasn’t willing to work for anything.
Has been disgruntled for last 2 years.
As a Chiefs fan, I’m only upset that we didn’t steal a draft pick or two from the Donkeys last year when they were offering them up to us for his services.
