Great numbers not being as big a deal as playing 16 games. Just having him line-up makes a world of difference. The Titans historically have not broken the bank for anyone, and they have been very smart in doing that because when guys who do great with us leave, they underachieve on their new teams. i.e. Kearse, Bobby Wade, Drew Bennett, Travis Henry, Robaire Smith, Kevin Carter, Samari Rolle, Derrick Mason. The list is very long. I think the deal will get done, he means a great deal to that defense's success and the team is very focused on trying to keep the good group core players around.
