Last week, arbitrator Roger Kaplan ruled that agent Zeke Sandhu is entitled to a portion of fees paid by Falcons linebacker Michael Boley and 49ers tight end Vernon Davis to agent Ethan Lock, with whom Sandhu previously worked.

Per a league source, Lock still refuses to pay the money to Sandhu, and Sandhu has asked the NFL Players Association to suspend Lock until the money is paid.

Sandhu claims that Lock is in violation of several NFLPA regulations, including misappropriation of funds.
