TRomo is a drooling idiot says:

Well boo hoo, and YEE HA! Let the Big Bucks Druck era begin!

Soon the day will come when the haters get to whine “the Steelers are buying another championship, wahhhh!” The tight-fisted current owner will be replaced by the Cashmaster, whose fortune makes Jerry Jones’s look as puny as a Dallas fan’s package.

Speaking of Jerry Jones (who, unlike loyal Pittsburgh boy Druckenmiller) don’t forget he’s a Razorback, and couldn’t care less about Dallas. When the move bucks get waved his way, look for the big move — L.A. Cowboys has a nice ring to it, doesn’t it?

With Druck at the helm the future looks brighter than ever — as Big Ben wins again and again, dominating FartFaceKilla’s team forever.

What a truly GREAT day for Steeler Nation!

I am loving the fact that I got to you so much! LMAO! Like I care what some Burgh turd thinks about America's Team....

Slow down, big fella. Take a deep breath and get over yourself. I can identify drivel and those who dispense it without ruining my day. When the last 8 years are what they are, change is good. Even nothing is good as compared to actively screwing it up. Let's not work ourselves into a frenzy on how you outraged a liberal and go high five your buddies when I'm busy laughing at you.

I'm hoping he finds a way to tax stupid so I won't have to read drivel like this from people who can currently afford computers.

Well, the Stiller ownership doesnt take criticism vey well, so you can expect, that no matter how messy it really is, and whatever the outcome is, they'll be saying they had that plan in place all along and have no idea where all these internet rumor-mongers dreamed up this stuff.

Well boo hoo, and YEE HA! Let the Big Bucks Druck era begin!

Soon the day will come when the haters get to whine "the Steelers are buying another championship, wahhhh!" The tight-fisted current owner will be replaced by the Cashmaster, whose fortune makes Jerry Jones's look as puny as a Dallas fan's package.

It's sad because Art had done a lot for the league. His idiot kids kids are messing up a once proud franchise.
One thing I found interesting was the fact Tagliabue was involved in negotiating a deal for the Rooneys. It's seems like more of the good ol' boy network. Tagliabue helps the Rooneys get the Super Bowl they wanted and they repay him after he retires by giving him a job.
Things never change.

one of the theories i just read being floated is , the brothers are selling in fear of "obomaeconomics". the fear is if the socialist obama wins, he will put a severe windfall tax rate on such transactions, thus cutting alot of the profits the brothers might re coup down the road. wasn't one of the rooneys actually campaigning for obama? if so , serves him right that now he is in a bind!
