@Frank Burns
Ok, this is the 2nd post I read of yours with a ‘Dallas moving to LA’ reference. They are building a billion dollar stadium. So either you’re and idiot or you know something we all don’t

Much as I hate the Cowgirls, there’s no way Jones would move them to LA. He’d be just another hick from the sticks there and his ego could never handle all the empty seats. Much better for him to be the big fish in a little (stagnant) pond.

ampats: Perhaps you need a lesson in reading comprehension so you don’t end up putting your foot in your mouth. I wrote “Before 99 the Pats had exactly 0 championships and the only thing they could be sure of were lots of empty seats in Foxboro Stadium.” Not Gillette stadium. Bill Parcells definitely helped sell many of the empty seats I mentioned but my point which I will assume you missed is that although the Pats have played well over the last few years their fans are fickle unlike Jet fans who have been hanging tough without winning anything.

Vox: You are correct, I forgot that Jones showed Landry the door in 88. I had forgotten that fellow Razorback Johnson was his first coach as owner. LT is fine around the kids, its the crack you have to worry about. Still would rather have him around the little ones before I would expose them to the mess that is Owens.
