Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, who missed several days of offseason workouts due to tendiniitis in his shoulder now believes that he is fully recovered from the condition.
Sal Paolantonio of ESPN recently made the disclosure on ESPN Radio in Philly.
Per Paolantonio, the expected rehab of two-to-three weeks took only three days. After a Mexican vacation with his family, McNabb is working out in Arizona with teammate Brian Dawkins.
Paolantonio added that McNabb is telling friends that his shoulder is 100 percent, and that he’s out to prove that he is healthy.

How about his ability to throw a complete pass when it matters? He has had that issue for about 4 years now.

And now that his shoulder is fine, McNabb will now focus on recovering from his tendency to vomit under pressure.

If a player has an injury that affects performance, it can only diminish–not enhance–a team’s chance of winning. The coaches tailor the game plan to the ability of the starters. If a starter can’t get the job done as anticipated by the coaches, the game plan turns bad in a hurry because the opposition will recognize and exploit the weakness.
It’s similar to a starter who loses a step or two—either change the game plan or bring in the new guy. Even if the new guy is less talented, at least the coaches can tailor a game plan to the new guy’s ability that gives the team a chance to win.
And above all, the paying fans get ripped off of their time and money because the product is inferior.

So evidently Mexico is the vacation of choice for NFC East QBs. Wonder if McNabb took Jessica with him.

It’s nice to know that he’ll be 100%, come training camp, to throw balls at the feet of our receivers.

He may not complete passes but I hear he has increased his flexibility to put his foot in his mouth a few weeks earlier than last year.

Mexican vacation? Where do Mexican’s go on vacation? And I’m not so sure that sounds like a very family oriented thing Donovan.

It’s typically big news in Philly when someone is injured. Here in Philly it’s big news when someone isn’t injured.
