i know the off season is kinda boring for you guys thats why you are sticking your nose in the bucs business.

we still dont know what exactly happened? and some of you want the bucs to cut them. please.

they havent hurt anyone they didnt kill no one.

getting in a fight with a team is not A CRIME but i agree it is not he best way to start a career in the NFL.

I AM WILLING TO GET THEM BOTH THE BENIFIT OF THE DOUBT.

UNTIL THEN, find some more interesting news to discuss guys.

AQIB will be the face of the bucs team. either you like it or not.

peace bucsfan4life.

this article is not really fair towards Boyd I know for a fact. What he was suspended for at South Carolina was never actually released so no one really knows what it was and Boyd owned up to it and said he was in the wrong and deserved it. The comment about "crack" was out of line but lets face it, bigger name players have said worse. I like how they didn't mention how Boyd was a model player and teammate as a senior. He turned out to be a great leader with a huge heart. But of course, good news doesn't sale.

Fighting in the off season? If that's the worst thing they do sign em. Unless you prefer choir boys on your team?

They 'll probably be best friends next month.

Aww man... A Couple of Commentaries on that:

Unfortunately, Cooked Crack will probably be back.
But if we are fortunate,
Cory Boyd will prove that this is only the
Tip of the Iceberg and then, he will not be back...

Meanwhile, did Aquib Talib just set a New Record for how fast a player can just barely not blow it in the draft and then turn around and almost blow it before training camp even starts...?

I hate to be the one to post this, The term back like cooked crack comes from the way cocaine is turned into crack. You pour cocaine into a vial of water and baking soda, it disappears "Disolves" When you heat it comes back as a rock "crack" It is still a stupid reference what a dumb*ss

From someone who is a Gamecock fan and actually witnessed these events, I think y'all need to lighten up on Cory Boyd. We all know when he is confronted, he never backs down. But, from my knowledge he has never initiates the circumstances. When Spurrier came USC, he did some "spring cleaning" and gave them the option to either a) be suspended and clean up their act or b) leave the team. Of those, Cory was the only one to stay around. That incident in the video was right after his first touchdown after his year suspension (MSU game 2006?). From there he never faltered for the next 2 years. In fact, when our QB didn't stand up and become a leader, he took that position and carried our team through a Clemson win and a bowl win behind one of the worst OLs in the nation. If you ask many Gamecock fans who was one of their all-time favorite players, they choose Cory Boyd. Why? heart and dedication, many would say.

What I am trying to say is that Cory Boyd has been getting slammed for his character issues, when he had no character issues after his sophmore year. He made a complete 180, yet people still harp on him about his past. Many media outlets were slamming him for this reason, while Gamecock fans were scratching their heads in confusion wondering how someone can say anything about that. As long as he doesn't fall back into his old ways. I think the problem here is that Cory is used to be looked up to and a leader, but is having trouble finding his place being a rookie.

Thank God for Google -- I, too, can be a cool guy !

After a few deft keystrokes, I discerned that the "cooked crack" quip was a reference to a "GANGSTA" song lyric.

GANGSTAs ! from the culture of hoes, and bixes, and MFs, and bustin' caps.

The.
Very.
Same.

I'm calling Roger immediately -- and giving him the "down low", uh, er, I mean "low down."

DeMayan sounds like you have some inside information. They got into a fight in a budget and finances meeting. It seems that Talib was probably talking about how much money he has vs. the 7th rounder Boyd. No comparison!

The Buccaneers?
I can understand Green Bay, after getting drafted and flying to cow country, who wouldn't be itching for a fight?

My question is why didn't they want the names released? Are they now going to release the details of the altercation. They leave it so it could be as bad as a UFC fight, or some pushing and shoving. I can't stand "partial" news.

I don’t care about this much, and I’m a Bucs fan. Not completely shocking offense vs. defense, high-round vs. low-round, former college pothead vs. former college crackhead.

Of course I was steadfastly against the Bucs drafting Talib but that had more to do with the fact that Tampa-2 teams should NEVER draft a CB that high also that Talib was simply not the best CB available nor was his character outstanding.

Seriously, as a Bucs fan I really don’t care. If one of these two imbeciles gets arrested and gets us some turd points (zero so far) then I’ll worry because usually that means a suspension is looming, but at this point this may be nothing more than a training camp fight that was extended.

Color me shocked, "as a Bucs fan I really don’t care".

The Commish hasn't done jack to keep these teams from drafting these turds. Once the teams actually get hit where it hurts, we'll see how many of these troublemakers actually get drafted. Adam "Pacman" Jones should not even be allowed back in the league, but when you owners who would sell their soul to the devil (Jerry Jones) for another championship, nothing will change and these guys will keep getting paid. I mean come on, The Cowboys have to have a 24 hour security detail to follow this clown and make sure he doesn't get in any trouble. I mean, if that isn't the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. And, I know this article isn't about the Cowboys, but they are a perfect example of not caring what kind of players are on their team. The Bucs, The Bungles and all the teams that draft or sign these turds deserve whatever they get from them, which is usually trouble.

In the long run, when you have former super bowl MVP's preventing the cops from finding out who killed an innocent person (#52), this is really low on the offense scale.

Still stupid though.

Well, the good news is that they'll have Jerramy Stevens around to mentor them on how to conduct themselves in society. Oh, wait, never mind.

SirSuper, we have more evidence of another team, in the Bucs, having out of control thugs and you spin it to bash the Cowboys? Take a look at the big goose egg in the Turd Watch column for the Cowboys.

"It's never his fault." Yes it is. By the choices you make, good and bad, things happen. If you make stupid choices, stupid things happen to you. If you make good choices, good things happen. You do have control, to some extent. He didn't HAVE to get into with the other guy. He can avoid trouble by just acting like an adult instead of a two year old.

Jagoffs like these are becoming commonplace. It is becoming tiresome. If it continues, which it most likely will because there is no shortage of jagoffs in this industry, paying customers will eventually lose interest and turn to other activities/specatator sports for entertaiment. It may take a while but it will happen.
This shit is simply getting old!

The seventh round guy will be out of the league sooner than the other turd.

It is a sure bet that these will be showing up again in Turd Watch and giving their team plenty of points.

Roger Goodell is not as wimpy as Tagliabue but he really hasn't "cracked down' all that much.

Talib? Sweet, I was sorta sore that the Texans passed on him. Looks like they stepped over that land mine, good for them.

If Adam Jones is really serious about changing his image, he should have a heart-to-heart with Talib so hopefully he doesn't end up making similar mistakes. I'm sure that's too much to ask, considering Jones was just given a second chance in the NFL only to turn right around and throw salt into Don Imus' wound. That too would've been a fine time for Adam to show some maturity and state something other than "I was offended. I'll pray for him." He almost came off as smug; glass houses, you know?

I hate to say it but the 'Boys have "implosion" written where their Star should be...
