Patriots’ season-ticket holders are beginning to receive their admission slips to the ten games that will be played at Gillette Stadium in 2008.
The ten tickets commemorate great moments in Patriots history. And a franchise that has been to six Super Bowls, winning three of them, should be able to quickly come up with a ten-pack of great moments — for example, the six AFC title game victories, the three Super Bowl wins, and the Snow Bowl/Tuck Rule game against the Raiders in the 2001 playoffs that launched the run of three Super Bowl titles in four seasons.
But, somehow, the Pats have opted to include their largest single-game margin of victory as one of the ten moments.
Possibly because the team on the wrong end of that 56-3 score was the New York Jets.
The bad blood between these two franchises is undeniable, and we’re convinced that, if that 53-point win had come at the expense of any other team, the outcome of a regular-season game from a year that didn’t even result in a playoff berth surely wouldn’t have made its way onto the face of a ticket.
Anyway, here’s the key portion of the ticket to the August 7 games between the Pats and the Ravens. Discuss amongst yourselves.

Get used to it folks… There will be plenty more of those scorelines coming this season… You all think they ran up the score last year? You haven’t seen nothing yet.

LOL !!!
Jealousy is such a strong emotion.
So, your team sucks……..don’t take it out on the Pats. They’re right in the middle of what’s truely one of the greatest runs in NFL history. If you think that Pats fans are going to appologize for that, you’re dead wrong. Tell me how my *** tastes!!
LOL!!

I’m a Pats fan who is absolutely loving the jealousy. The only relevancy of the Jets is that the Patriots love beating the crap out of them and Mangini. When Mangini gets fired, he will best be known as the guy who exposed spygate and nothing more.

I love how when someone brings up the Patties cheating, they (Pats fans) say everyone cheats as if a blanket statement is true. “Don’t film on the sidelines during games” Yeah, but eveyone cheats. Memo #2. don’t film on the sidelines during games. Yeah but everyone cheats. The NFL should say, “Oh ok. Everyone cheats. It’s ok. Never mind.” NC. No Class. 2 years in a row getting beat in a big game by a Manning has to burn. Florio Jr. was given a drum set so he wouldn’t hear big Mikie’s limited vocabulary during those games.

Wow,
Pats fans really ARE the worst! You know why everyone keeps bringing up that your team cheated?
Because you respond with such defensiveness that it’s fun to keep bugging you with it. You don’t hear the outcry so loud anymore in the media because the people who’s character and legacy are called into question by the allegations refuse to respond. Pats fans should take a clue and do the same. It’s a comment box, not a soap box. Get off it and take the crap that’s dished out to you.
God knows you have a lot more to come back with other than, “spit balls are worse” and “other teams cheat”. How about three Super Bowls and a ton of Division Titles?
Man-up Pats fans, otherwise…
we’ll just keep calling your favorite team cheaters

Pats top 10 moments captured on one photo and put on a ticket. That’s pretty interesting.
I’d like to see the other 9 photos.
Are there any other teams that are doing things like this?

56-3 will be nothing compared what the Pats do to the Jets this year.
63-3 will be the new record for the margin of a Pats win this year!
Mangini is a fink and is in his last NFL job.

HEY Flouride, where did you get this one, I’m under the assumption you spend more time scrounging around for dirt on the Cheatriots more than you do for any other franchise in the league. You more than any other outlet keep the Patriot bashing alive, I’m surprised when readers call you pro-Pats. Regardless, this is lame Florio, I know, know its the doldrums right now, but WTF, do we need another excuse for KY to tell us for the gazillionth time that “Dynasties don’t lose superbowls”? Then the usual back and forth between the Patsies and the Hatriot fans, c’mon Florio your true lawyer essence is showing, stop preaching mr. goody two shoes. Throw the Cheatriots a bone, let them have thier spite, its all they got left. Do you actually excpect them to forgive the J-E-T-S?
I still can’t get over the irony of the whole thing, Mangini rats out his old boss, now the rings on HIS fingers are tainted, what kind of idiot knowingly underminds his own achievements? Notre Dame might be looking at Wiess differently today, but what about the Jets, do they see Ratgini in a new light as well?

Joe Willie’s not walking through that door folks! And if he does, he’s going to be old and grey.
What a sad, sad franchise.

wow. that’s not exactly classy, but neither are the Pats.
my $0.02 is that sure many (not all) teams have some level of ‘cheating’ or bending of’ or ’screwy interpretation’ of the rules, but there haven’t been many that set such a level of it that they had some guy working on it practically full-time, with extensive catalogs, labeling, and organization - i mean it seemed outright blatant. to me that’s taking it a step further than most teams would and have and to me that’s more notable than “spitballs” and “corked bats”.
but hey i’ve never like the Pats since i was a kid and i’m sure as hell not gonna start liking them just cause they had a great season. if anyone is going 19-0 i want it to be my Titans - FACK THE PATS!

Who’s whining??? IT’S GREAT!!!!!!! They had to get NEW YORK in there somewhere otherwise it’s just not the same….
And another opportunity to watch the Patsy fans get all wound up and defensive again.
Boston…lol what a total hellhole…. Thank god thru my ancestry no one decided to move to some second class city like that. Otherwise maybe I would have grown up with a complex about NY and the Red Sox being losers for many generations so much so, that when NE teams finally did win I had to be part of the biggest Wankers on earth in some sort of way to get back at people cuz we sucked eggs for so long….
Here’s a memo - We never really cared… My whole lifetime Boston was never a rivalry to the Yankees…. The Jets and Pats were equally bad… Well, until “The Cheating”

Umm, yeah, why would they put that on a Pats ticket exactly?
I think its funny as hell that all the whiners come out because of a little column about this ticket/photo and especially that they can’t keep on topic.
Go Pats!

A 45-10 loss might qualify as a top 10 highlight for the Jets, but I hardly think that it would stand as a highlight for most teams.
Maybe you think that the Pats should have put Sam Jankovich’s picture on one of the tickets???
