FOX 5 in Las Vegas has gotten its hands on the arrest report from the Javon Walker incident of June 16. The full report can be viewed right here.
A summary of the key points appears below.
First, it previously was reported that Walker suffered a fractured orbital bone and a concussion as a result of the attack. The report indicated that he also suffered a fractured jaw.
To the extent that the broken jaw prevents Walker from eating solid food, he could end up at significantly less than his ideal playing weight when training camp opens.
Second (and as if there was any doubt), the version of the events from the police report is substantially different than the story Walker told to TheDirty.com. The report indicates that Walker told police he was “lured” into a vehicle by two men. (At one point, the police report suggests that Walker’s level of intoxication made him an easy target.)
Once in the vehicle, Walker was eventually grabbed from behind by the neck, and something apparently was placed around his neck. He was ordered to surrender his cash and jewelry. He complied, and then he next remembers waking up in a hospital bed.
As previously reported, Arfat Fadel has been arrested and charged with various crimes. An unidentified accomplice has not yet been apprehended.

I don’t know whats up with Walker. Either he’s greifing or he being stupid. I just know that he didn’t deserve what happend to him. No one does. I hope they find everyone who was involved and send them to jail.

Wow. Javon really got “jacked up”. I’m sure it will be said, so maybe this will help him trim down the weight.

Perhaps the bigger issue, though, is the orbital bone. It doesn’t say what kind of break he has, but there are a few different types. If it’s the rim, it’s worse than the floor, although both can cause eye damage and permanent vision loss. I’d be more concerned about that than the jaw.

Hey JSpicoli, real funny regardless of what team you are a fan of.
Maybe it should happen to your wife & mom so they can trim down too.

What the hell was he looking for in Vegas. He just signed for a bazillion dollars and he in Vegas. Get pounded and wakes up in the hospital.
I wonder how much Imus bit his lip on this incident.

can the Raiders go after his signing bonus money if he can’t participate in camp? Didn’t the Braves do that a long time ago with Ron Gant and a motorcycle injury?
If he is a question mark, and the contract was bloated to begin with they should be looking at ways to recover money or void the contract.

Why did he voluntarily get into a car with strangers/criminals, then lie about this fact and claim that he was dragged out of his hotel room against his will? Perhaps there was some kind of proposed transaction that went bad.

Walker at the Combine scored an 8 on the Wonderlic.
Think about that.

3rd NFL team.
A fool and his money are soon parted.

wow so Javon might have broken his own jaw, to go along with his crazy version of what happened.
That is strange and all, but what i find more peculiar is that you cannot tell exactly where Jeff Fischer’s mustache ends and his nose hairs begin.

That was quite the comprehensive police report. The one thing that jumps out to me is, why do you get in a vehicle of complete strangers at that time of the night? I think the most plausible answer is Javon was looking to score some type of drugs. That would also be the reason he had to come up with some kind of cover story to avoid the wrath of Goddell. I feel some pity for Javon, but he must bear some of the blame. Once again we see demonstrated the axiom, NOTHING GOOD HAPPENS AFTER MIDNIGHT.

I think it’s funny that some of you get on people for having fun. The guy committed no crime. Spraying champagne is not a crime. the guy didn’t ask for this nor did he break any law. I think some of you are simply haters. Not everyone wants to get married have kids and live your type of life. Did the guy drink too much? Obviously he did. I think it’s unfornunate that you have to protect yourself at all times. If anything where were his friends to protect him? One rule being single (male or female) is that you don’t go out alone.

Spraying champagne is a crime. It’s called battery. Those folks did not consent to be doused with it. As has also been pointed out, why was he getting in a strange car after midnight? When the reason comes out, it should be really interesting.

Something smelled fishy until now. According to the police report, Jevon’s story to TheDirty.com was for no good reason. Because of this, the suspicion it created was warranted.
But the jury’s still out because the suspect has a record of non-disclosed criminal charges in California, New York, Michigan and Nevada. If one or more is drug-related, then Jevon’s suspicion keeps snowballing.

By the way…if spraying champagne in Vegas is considered battery there are a lot of people that should have charges levied against them.

I highly doubt he was lured into the car for drugs. The dudes probably acted like they were fans of his, convinced him to get in the car to down some more booze/ give him a ride to his hotel, and then got nasty on him.
I also heard on sports radio (I forget the station) that Walker gave a false report to thedirty.com because he was embarrassed about what really happened. Makes sense after the police report came out.
