In a way, it isn't really fair to completely exclude players from using them if it can drastically improve their health. I would want them prescribed to me if it would help my health. TB did not have a very good season either - they both had QB ratings in the 50s. And for the record - Bradshaw has been quoted as saying the Joe was the best QB on the team... Probably the same case in Bradshaw's case because half the steroids being used back then are on the shelf because they can't compete with HGH.
