Dolphin cornerback Will Allen may want to get enrolled in some kind of automatic payment plan because debts keep getting him in trouble this offseason.

Allen’s alleged gambling debts led to him pulling a gun in a Bed, Bath & Beyond parking lot. That case is still being investigated but now he’s going to have to deal with a civil suit filed by his former agent Tom Condon. It concerns Allen’s non-payment of commissions from 2006 and 2007 on the deal he signed with the Dolphins.

Condon’s agency, CAA, first filed a grievance against Allen last fall. Just before the case went before an arbitrator, Allen agreed to a payment plan, according to the Palm Beach Post, and was scheduled to make a $50,000 initial payment by March 4. He never did, though, and the was filed on June 17 in Broward County. Allen, now repped by Drew Rosenhaus, is being sued for $195,000.
