“only want to spew hate toward the franchise that kicked your ass?”

Hey I think we found the REAL reason why you hate the Cowboys so much. All of those ass-kickings are still affecting your brain, kid

ya Vox, if the Cowgirls keep blowing playoff games like in the last two seasons, I might have to take the title of the biggest choke NFL Franchise away from the BIQUEENS and give it to the Cowgirls.

I wonder if Romo has booked any plane tickets to Mexico in Jan (again)

You gotta ignore Vox Veritas, his head is stuck so far up Crackboy Kingdom Butt he doesn't recognize common sense.

But yeah I was a Cowboy fan that day as well. I even switched mid game to rooting for the 49ers to rooting for the Cowboys. And I can't stand them.

Wow .Not the guy that killed a woman while driving drunk. Not the guy that at least tried to end a guy's career and at most tried to end his life on national TV. It's gotta be TO, a guy who has never even been arrested for jaywalking. You're the dumbest dumbass on PFT.com

you must give thanks to god (not the one xpac prays to) that you play in the NFC West. the my little pony allstars could make the playoffs in that leage.

George Teague will always be my hero for that 101 yard INT return for a TD in the 1993 NFC Wild Card game in the Silverdome.

I wish the hit was harder, lol. There's not much to comment though, Jerry Jones does what he thinks is best for his team to win the big game. Sad thing is, that's not enough.

Also, I don't find Owens to be that great of a talent, honestly. He is not consistent, and I look for consistency above all things. His teammate Jason Witten, however, is fantastic.

@roofles:

Hope you enjoyed that game because you won’t be seeing the Packers in the playoffs again for a long, long time.

Oh, so you have a crystal ball do you? why don't you look into and see when is the next time a team takes a 14-0 lead in a NFL playoff game and still manages to lose by 22 points? Amazing. And now we have you telling Packers about the playoffs. Could it be that you are a bitter, bitter loser after last year's sorry playform peformance and only want to spew hate toward the franchise that kicked your ass? Just asking.

The fact that TO would do that is not surprising, the fact that Jerry Jones would sign TO after that only reflects on Jerry Jone's character, or lack thereof.

I honestly belive the Cowgirls will never make it back to the Superbowl until after TO retires. Karma is funny like that, it tends to balance these things out and TO is probably the biggest flaming a$$hole in the NFL (with his closest competition, his teammate Pacman Jones) and the football gods will simply not let it happen.

Hope you enjoyed that game because you won't be seeing the Packers in the playoffs again for a long, long time. Guess that explains the poor sportsmanship. Well, you could always go buy a Lions jersey and pretend to be a Lions fan... I'd say their odds of making the playoffs this year are a bit higher than GB's.

Hard to dislike that hit by Teague. Too bad he had to do it while a member of the low-class Cowboys.

The funniest part is how short-memoried the silly Dallas fans are. Now they love TO and buy his stupid jersey. Ha ha ha. What a bunch of dummies.

You gotta love how that hit didn't even phase TO. What great determination: He starts his act, faces some adversity, but is focused enough to finish what he started and not get distracted by pesky Dallas players.

Cowboys5times: I'm by no means a TO fan/apologist, but him coming back from a broken leg EXTREMELY early to single-handidly give Philly a shot at winning that SB was nothing short of amazing.

I'm a Cowboys fan and hated T.O. with a passion in those days but I'll always remember Teague for his single-handed demolition of the Hurricanes in '93 Sugar Bowl.

I agree with ben.there: "Too bad this play overshadows his strip in the 93 sugar bowl against Miami though."

Awesome moment, Teague was perfect player to lay him out. Too bad this play overshadows his strip in the 93 sugar bowl against Miami though.
On a side note: As a 14 yr old neighboor, he twice gave me free tix to fins games back in '97, along with the $10 a week I got for mowing his lawn.

I'm not even close to a Cowboy fan, but I became a fan of his on that day. In the NFL, never has one person acted for so many. We all wanted to hit that bozo. Now JJones has sold his sole and hired the bum, and they still can't win a big game.

The Teague hit was classic. As a Seahawks fan, I was always bummed that nobody did the same thing to Owens when he pulled the Sharpie out of his sock in the end zone at Qwest field.

That video sums up T.O. His teammates are defending him and instead of fighting by their side, he decides it's better to stand in the middle of the star, so that the attention is on him. Yeah, yeah he's a great teammate now because he is getting his money, but seriously what has this guy done? When is the last time he was on a team that won a playoff game? He didn't even win a playoff game in Philly, he only played in the Superbowl and they lost.

Such an odd game. I sat 4th row visitor side. Jerry Rice stood right in front of me for the better part of the game. He gave me several dirty looks for heckling him. I remember Emmitt going to "reclaim" the star, only to have TO take it back in a comical way.

Four present or future HOFers in that game, btw.

Not a Cowboys fans here, but I was a big George Teague fan that day. Too bad he didn't hit that selfish bum hard enough to teach him a lesson.
