Sam Mills was a Saint first and foremost. He spent, what, 3 years in Car at the end of his career? Jim Mora brought him into the NFL from the USFL. Before that, no NFL team would touch Mills due to his, um, lack of stature! The guy was a monster on the field but he was, and should be, a SAINT in the Hall of Fame!

The Ravens are also too young, but this comment was made with the Ogden v. Lewis (Ray) debate.

And don't get into the whole Browns thing. The Browns are the Browns and the Ravens are a team with limited history and no class for doing what was tragically done to them to another city with a storied football history.

Okay, the Panthers are much too young to have the discussion of their greatest player. In their entire history, they have had 1 HOFer on their team. Reggie White in 2000. And believe me, he was already a lock before joining Carolina.

They have their Superbowl run a few years back, but alot of those core guys are still around. It takes decades to build a history. You need generations of players.
