The Atlanta Falcons have signed receiver Harry Douglas, the team’s third-round selection in the 2008 draft.
The Louisville product was the 84th overall pick in the draft. (Hopefully, he’ll be with the franchise longer than the last guy they picked up from Louisville.)
The Falcons also have signed veteran safety Deke Cooper.

Deke Cooper sucks. I watched him give up play after play for the panthers last year.
