Earlier on Thursday, the Houston Texans got their first rookie draft pick signed, a sixth-rounder.
The 49ers also have gotten in on the act, signing their own sixth-rounder, receiver Josh Morgan of Virginia Tech.
Terms weren’t disclosed. Morgan caught 46 passes in his final year as a Hokie.

Morgan has been lighting up the Niners OTAs.
Let’s just hope he sees more field time than Jason Hill did in his rookie season.

I just hope that we generate some offense this year. We don’t need anymore top 10 picks (even if we trade them to the Pats).

Come on, Joe Staley was totally worth the 10th overall pick and the pick that the Pats used to obtain Randy Moss!
