One who has decent mechanics, with an overhand motion (as opposed to sidearm), doesn't use or stress the elbow nearly as much as a pitcher, who has to snap off certain kinds of tosses that put tremendous strain on the new ligament (especially for a slider). I was hoping for a new QB, but all they picked up was an old WR and a HACKett with a bum knee. All that combined with a horrible O-line. Good luck Smitty....who can you get to step up?
