Seriously, no on can compare. The guy is a badass. If he gets sued, good luck winning the case! Any judge in their right mind (which eliminates 30 percent of judges) would rule in favor of Herron, especially with the police department and prosecutor's office fully behind him. And if it goes in front of a jury, forget about it. They would need about 2 seconds to deliberate and rule in favor of Herron. Unfortunately, the intruder fell out the window after being shot and died OUTSIDE the house. The homeowner was tried because the intruder was not IN the house when found.
