Smoking pot and getting a DUI by a fringe player hardly likely to make the roster is hardly the same as keeping a convicted multiple-DUI offender (that actually killed someone) on the team (Leonard Little as you well know) because the shit-stain can rush the passer. Wrongful death, for example, seems to run about $500,000 to $800,000 from the statistics I've read so that's good indication of the economic damages that should qualify for a 6-pointer. This would wind down to a safety for the smaller felonies, running at current Rookie Minimum, or less, in economic damages. Maybe an extra-point try for misdemeanors and small claims court...
