(Not that Club Ced has a "allegedly" liking for the "Hippie Lettuce" that he leaves in his ash tray of his tricked out BMWs.) It was standard procedure to give him a field sobriety test. Given his track record, him "running off at the mouth" doesn't help his situation. He got what he deserved. The moral of the story is don't make a spectacle of yourself by driving an overloaded boat with loud music while boozed up and high and smart mouth the cops.
